The city of Tlaxcala
has a couple places offering top-notch entertainment and sports events.
Plaza de Toros Jorge
"El Ranchero" Aguilar.
Located in the city center. Here you can see some of Mexico’s
and Spain’s
best bullfighters as they perform before audiences of up to 2,500 spectators.
This is one of the city’s best sports venues.
Teatro Xicotencatl.
Located at 21 Avenida Juarez.
This beautiful 19th-century theater was restored during the 20th
century. It is a classical venue adorned with art nouveau-style paintings
depicting muses of ancient Greece.
