It is hardly surprising that a place called Aguascalientes, meaning hot water in Spanish, should have several thermal springs. The best known is the Centro Deportivo Ojo Caliente, located on the east side of the city. Facilities include pools with water at various temperatures, tennis, volleyball and squash courts.
